Easy, Delicious Grilled Mustard Chicken Recipe

I’m a big fan of food prepping for the week ahead, and this grilled mustard chicken recipe is one of my favourites to enjoy through the week. Easy, herby, spicy and satisfying, it’s as good for a healthy evening meal as it is for lunch time. I’d recommend serving with some just cooked courgettes, peppers and a side of quinoa. Lovely.


*Per 2 chicken breasts

  • 1 teaspoon of English mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon of mixed herbs
  • 1 Tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil

It’s so simple I’m not even sure a method is required. Just in case though…


  1. Mix all of the ingredients together
  2. Slather all over your chicken
  3. Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours
  4. Grill under a medium heat until the chicken is cooked through. I’d suggest 15-20 minutes
